Program “Jewish audio studio “RecEd Record” functions in Hesed since 2002.

Its activity includes:
-    musical arrangement of theater’s performances (phonograms for holidays events, concerts,  shows, etc.), memorable disks (e.g.  devoted to the official opening of  Jewish home , its  anniversaries or  Purim carnivals);
-    restoration of old records;
-    search of new material, regulating and renovation of archives of Jewish music and  songs in Hebrew and Yiddish;
-    assistance to Hesed’s communal programs with phonograms (e.g. dancing groups “Sherele “ and “ Jewish miniatures”).
Audio studio «RecEd» has released the following exclusive authentic CD-albums:  «Our Mame Loshn”- old songs in Yiddish restored from gramophone records (2002) ; «Sing in Yiddish « - records of Lviv klezmer orchestra (soloist Sasha Somish ,  2003) ; «Restoration» - songs by Zinoviy Schulman and Marina Gordon , digited and cleaned of the noise of  gramophone record ( 2005); «The best performers of folklore in Yiddish – Aaron Lebedeff” - double-album, which includes phonograms recorded in pre-revolutionary Saint-Petersburg, pre-war Paris, Vienna, Warsaw and London, folk Jewish songs in the performance of well-known artist  recorded in New-York in 1920-1940 (2006).
